Job summary

Silver Tree Residential, LLC in Ponchatoula, LA is seeking an Assistant Community Director for Westminster Place, a senior community with 44 units. The role supports the Community Director in operating the property, preparing leases, processing applications and recertifications, and ensuring HUD compliance.

You will assist in staff hiring and training, manage vendor relationships, and post collections in the property management system. A competitive pay and benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in an affordable community with HUD guidelines a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the Community Director, oversee all phases of property operations and administration.
• Assist in preparing leases, review and process residency applications, verifications, move-ins, and recertifications.
• Post and monitor collections in the property management system with up-to-date data entry.
• Assist in hiring, training, and managing staff for quality service.
• Negotiate vendor contracts in the best interest of the property.
• Ensure HUD compliance at all levels of property operations.
