Job summary

Seasons at Southpoint is seeking a Resident Care Associate (CNA) to join our team. You will provide hands-on care and emotional support to residents in our assisted living and memory care neighborhoods, following each resident’s PSP and ensuring a safe, home-like environment.

Responsibilities include care planning participation, timely response to call bells, and assisting with daily living activities while upholding resident rights and quality of care.

Qualifications

• High School education preferred and may be required by state.
• Experience working with elders or disabled individuals preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age to perform personal care aspects of RCA position.
• Knowledge and experience in Assisted Living and Dementia care or Skilled Nursing are preferred.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings and flexible hours for peak service delivery times.

Responsibilities

• Participates in resident care and follows Personalized Service Plans as requested.
• Responds to residents’ needs and call bells promptly with appropriate action.
• Assists with activities of daily living (ADLs) and maintains resident comfort and safety.
• Ensures cleanliness and orderliness of resident rooms and common areas.
• Respects resident rights and maintains confidentiality and resident dignity.
