The Addison of Bluffton in Bluffton, SC is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to support the Wellness Director and clinical team, ensuring compassionate, quality care and adequate staff coverage. This role uses the SmartLinx scheduling app and coordinates PTO approvals to align resident care needs.

Qualifications

• Two years supervisory/management experience with direct care staff.
• Experience with scheduling and staffing to ensure coverage.
• Ability to implement nursing policies and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Maintains and implements nursing policies and procedures in support of the Wellness Director and clinical team.
• Ensures compassionate quality care evidenced by adequate services and staff coverage, using scheduling tools.
• Manages PTO requests and ensures time is approved by Wellness Director to support resident care scheduling.
• Assists with implementation and assures all clinical employees follow policies and procedures, including benefit enrollment.
• Actively engage in recruitment and staffing activities to attract and retain staff in the community.
