The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort with budgets and inventory management. You will order supplies, monitor levels, receive deliveries, and maintain accurate purchasing records while ensuring safety and regulatory

Responsabilidades

• Order medical, nursing, office, housekeeping, and other facility supplies.
• Monitor inventory levels and anticipate upcoming supply needs.
• Maintain purchasing budgets and departmental budgets.
• Receive deliveries and verify orders for accuracy.
• Unpack, label, organize, and store incoming supplies.
• Distribute supplies to departments and resident-care areas.
• Keep supply rooms clean, safe, and organized.
• Track usage and help control supply costs.
• Communicate with vendors about pricing, backorders, substitutions, and delivery concerns.
• Maintain purchasing records and conduct inventory counts.
• Collaborate with nursing and department leaders.
• Follow infection-control, storage, safety, and regulatory requirements.
