Terraces at San Joaquin Gardens - HumanGood is seeking a Resident Assistant/Caregiver to provide personal care and protective services at the Assisted Living level. You will work one-on-one with residents, supporting daily living activities and participation in scheduled programs.

Role is Full-Time. Pay ranges from $17.25 to $20 per hour, based on experience, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for advancement within HumanGood.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with seniors
• Current First Aid & CPR certifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care and assist with activities of daily living.
• Work one-on-one with residents to support independence and participation.
• Incorporate CARF/CCAC standards into daily routines.
• Schedule and facilitate program activities.
