Belmont Village Senior Living is hiring full-time and part-time Caregivers to provide hands-on care for seniors in our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. A CNA license is not required, but welcome for those with one or related caregiving experience.

Shifts include 1st, 2nd, 3rd and weekends; expect a fast-paced environment with emphasis on hospitality, teamwork and patient well-being. Competitive BV perks support growth and employee success.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider.
• Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude.
• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operation of the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living to residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community.
• Promote socialization and participation in community activities while prioritizing resident safety and well-being.
• Document and maintain accurate records of daily care and services provided; promptly report changes to supervisors.
• Uphold high standards of care, safety, cleanliness and regulatory compliance.
• Provide hands-on assistance with toileting, hygiene and incontinence care as needed.
• Make hospitality, customer service, and resident satisfaction a top priority in every interaction.
