Job summary

Ivy Park at Santa Rosa, a premier senior living community managed by Oakmont Management Group, is seeking a Premier Senior Living Caregiver for a full-time role with mornings, evenings, and overnights on 7.5-hour shifts.

The Care Provider assists residents with daily living activities to enhance independence and quality of life, while maintaining dignity and safety. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within California communities.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not necessary; training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Written and verbal communication with staff, physicians, residents, and families.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) as per care plans (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, continence).
• Respond promptly to residents’ needs while upholding dignity, safety, and confidentiality.
• Notify supervisor immediately of any change in resident condition.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperation with coworkers and other departments.
