Ivy Park at Pleasanton, managed by Oakmont Management Group, is seeking a Care Provider to assist residents with daily living and support their independence in a warm senior living community.

Responsibilities include helping with ADLs, promptly addressing resident needs, reporting changes to supervisors, maintaining safety, and promoting teamwork within the campus. We offer benefits and opportunities across California communities.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not necessary; we will train the right candidate.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Written and verbal skills to interact with employees, supervisors, physicians, residents and families.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including TB tests.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADL) as per care plans (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, continence).
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while respecting dignity and safety.
• Report observed changes in resident condition to a supervisor.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork and cooperative interactions with coworkers and other departments.
