Fairmont of Washington Township is a Montessori-inspired senior living community in Dayton, Ohio. We are seeking team members to perform direct care duties under licensed supervision and to help maintain a positive physical, social, and psychological environment for our residents.

Ideal candidates will have basic reading/writing skills, speak English, and demonstrate a caring attitude toward the elderly. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for career growth are highlighted in our team benefits.

Competenze

• Must speak and understand English.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous experience or completion of appropriate training program
• Completion of elementary education or ability to read, write and follow directions.
