Job summary

Fairmont of Washington Township in Dayton, OH is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide direct care under supervision, helping residents maintain comfort, safety, and independence in a Montessori-Inspired Living environment.

Responsibilities include daily activities support, mobility assistance, and creating a respectful, engaging atmosphere. Applicants should be at least 18, read and follow directions, and speak English; prior care experience or training is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Completion of elementary education or ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions.

• Previous experience or completion of appropriate training program
