Arvum Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Care Giver to provide hands-on care and emotional support to residents in a safe, home-like environment. You will assist with daily living activities, help residents maintain independence, and ensure their comfort and dignity in a caring setting.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aide certification preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Previous experience with seniors preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, management and coworkers.
• Superior customer service and strong judgment.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities with good problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness of resident’s room and work areas.
• Help residents maintain independence, promoting dignity and safety.
• Assist with activities of daily living as instructed.
• Engage residents in life skills and life enrichment activities.
