Qualifications

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including dressing, bathing, meals, laundry and general care.
• Manage medication as allowed by state and complete daily progress reports of services provided.
• Complete progress reports for Assisted Living & Garden House residents daily or more often if needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care.
• Monitor and document residents’ health status and needs.
• Maintain accurate progress notes and care plans as required.
