LiveWell Homecare Agency in Burlington, MA seeks compassionate caregivers to provide hands-on support to residents in a senior living community. You will assist with ADLs, follow ISP, promote safety and independence, and engage residents through conversations and activities.

Qualifications

• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence of residents.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care team members.
• Create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss in Memory Care settings.
