TerraBella Senior Living in Southern Pines is seeking a compassionate Care Giver (CNA) to provide hands-on care and support in a home-like environment. You will assist with daily living activities, promote dignity, safety and comfort for residents, and help maintain a clean, organized living space.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED, CNA certification preferred, and strong communication and customer service skills.

Formación

• CNA certification preferred.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Experience with seniors preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, management, and coworkers.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Good judgment, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas.
• Help residents maintain independence, dignity and safety.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating).
• Engage residents in life skills and enrichment activities.
