Job summary

Mosaic Gardens at Scottsdale is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide hands-on care and support for residents in a senior living community. You will assist with daily activities, meals, hygiene, and mobility, while monitoring well-being and documenting care accurately.

Applicants should have a high school diploma and prior caregiving experience is valued. English communication skills, patience, and empathy are essential for delivering dignified, person-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, including assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting and mobility.
• Assist residents with meals, snacks, hydration, and feeding as needed.
• Monitor residents' comfort levels and promptly address needs and concerns.
• Monitor and record vital signs, weight, and fluid intake/output accurately.
• Document all care and observations in compliance with Mosaic policies and regulations.
