Qualifications

• Certification in healthcare, business administration, or related field.
• Two years of relevant experience in a senior living setting preferred.
• Experience in administrative and operational roles, including managing schedules and records.
• Customer-facing experience with residents and families.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of wellness offerings and therapy types for seniors.
• Ability to manage schedules and maintain records, multitask, and stay organized.
• Respect for patient/resident rights and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative oversight in communities to support teams and optimize therapists’ schedules.
• Assist in building caseload, conducting intakes, and coordinating care touchpoints.
• Host wellness trainings and interact with residents, families, and staff.
• Coordinate weekly therapist schedules and onboarding of new team members.
• Support billing closeouts and review operational reports to close gaps in care.
• Comply with HIPAA/PHI and maintain confidentiality; communicate professionally with care teams.

Education
