Job summary

Senior Lifestyle at Park Creek Place of North Wales is seeking an experienced supervisor to support the Health and Wellness Department by managing the Assisted Living team, scheduling staff, and participating in care plan meetings with families and residents.

You will promote company policies, lead weekly at-risk meetings with leadership, and refine processes to improve operational efficiency. CNA experience and LPN certification are preferred, with fluent English required.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years caregiver experience preferred
• CNA experience preferred, scheduling, communicating with families
• LPN certification
• Fluent English required to perform duties and communicate with staff and families

Responsibilities

• Manage Assisted Living team members and schedule staff.
• Participate in Care Plan meetings with families and residents.
• Promote company policies to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Attend weekly at-risk meetings with leadership to address resident needs.
• Review and implement processes for operational efficiency (e.g., shower/laundry schedules, caregiver assignments).
