Job summary

Experience Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Care Partner to join our team in Marysville, OH. You will assist residents with personal care and daily activities per care plans, while helping with housekeeping, laundry, and program participation. A compassionate, customer-service mindset is essential.

Required is a high school diploma; CNA/HHA and CPR/First Aid are preferred. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is often needed to support residents' needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CNA/HHA preferred, but not required.
• Medication assistance certification preferred where applicable.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Ability to read and understand simple instructions and write simple notes.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities per care plan.
• Perform daily housekeeping and laundry as assigned.
• Review shift reports and communicate changes to the team.
• Support residents in attending life enrichment programs.
• Promote independence, dignity, and spiritual needs.
• Respond to calls and maintain infection control practices.
