Integral Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to join our team on site in a community setting. The role provides hands-on care and emotional support to residents while maintaining a safe, home-like environment.

The position emphasizes assisting with activities of daily living, promoting independence, and engaging residents in life-enrichment activities. The ideal candidate has CNAs or similar experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aide certification preferred (not mandatory).
• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, management and co-workers.
• Superior customer service skills and professionalism.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage time well.
• Good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills.

Responsabilités

• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and promote independence and safety.
• Support residents with bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transfers and eating as instructed.

Our community is looking for a Care Giver to join our team.

The Care Giver's role includes providing hands on care and physical and emotional support to each resident while maintaining a safe and comfortable home like environment.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining cleanliness of resident’s room and work areas
• Helping residents maintain independence, promoting dignity and physical safety of each resident
• Participating and assisting residents with activities of daily living (i.e. bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating) as instructed
• Engaging residents in life skills and other life enrichment activities
