Aufgaben

• Performs general maintenance tasks such as defrosting refrigerators, changing light bulbs, and checking safety systems.
• Maintains and repairs common areas, vacated rooms, and in-unit plumbing as needed.
• Provides minor electrical work in units and common areas and completes work orders.
• Performs routine housekeeping of common areas and resident spaces.
• Duties in dining service, event setup, and assistance with transport and deliveries.
