Job summary

Juniper is seeking Care Aides to support residents with daily tasks, safety and engagement. Starting pay is $18 per hour with full-time and part-time options, including 3pm–11pm and other shifts, requiring weekend availability.

Responsibilities include ADL assistance, vital signs where directed, and clear communication with the team and residents. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent; caregiving experience (1 year preferred) and a Med Tech certificate are appreciated.

Qualifications

• Education: High school or equivalent (Required).
• Experience: Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred).
• Med Tech Certificate (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, continence management, meals).
• Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.
• Communicate effectively with team, residents and families to ensure safety and well-being.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and their families.
