Job summary

Claiborne Senior Living is seeking a friendly, service-oriented Bartender Server to help create an exceptional dining experience for our residents and guests. This role emphasizes hospitality, relationship-building, and outstanding customer service while preparing beverages and supporting meal service in a senior living environment.

Ideal candidates will have bartending or food service experience, knowledge of drinks, and a patient, team-centered mindset.

Qualifications

• Bartending or food service experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and standard drink preparation.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented mindset.
• Bartender certification and SERVSafe certification preferred (where applicable).
• Ability to build rapport with residents, families, and guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages safely and professionally.
• Take drink and food orders while providing excellent customer service.
• Assist residents during meal service and respond promptly to requests; maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar, dining, and service areas.
• Accurately process transactions using the POS system.
• Support meal preparation, service, and dining room setup as needed.
• Follow food safety, inventory, storage, and sanitation procedures.
• Help create a warm, welcoming dining experience that promotes resident satisfaction.
