Savant Senior Living is seeking a hands-on Accounts Payable Manager to oversee AP operations across our growing portfolio of assisted living communities. The role will manage the full AP cycle and supervise internal and outsourced AP resources, collaborating with community leadership and corporate accounting.

The ideal candidate has high-volume AP experience, strong leadership, and a track record of improving processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years of AP experience, including 2+ years in supervisory role.
• Experience managing high-volume, multi-site or multi-entity AP operations.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager or Elevate preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and AP automation experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle AP across multiple communities and entities.
• Supervise AP staff and outsourced AP resources.
• Manage vendor payments and weekly payment runs.
• Maintain centralized contract repository and verify pricing.
• Reconcile AP subledgers to GL and assist month-end close.
• Ensure internal controls and audit-ready documentation.
• Support integration for newly acquired communities.
