Job summary

Brunswick Cove Living Center in Winnabow, NC is seeking an Admissions Director to guide prospective residents and families through the admissions journey, growing awareness of services and strengthening referral partnerships.

You will lead admissions pipelines, coordinate with hospitals and community sources, and work to ensure residents access the right level of care with compassion and clarity.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in long-term care, short-term rehabilitation, or hospital case management.
• Experience managing multiple admissions pipelines and maintaining accurate records in an admissions or healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of long-term care, rehabilitation, and assisted living services.
• Experience building relationships with families, referral partners, and community organizations.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Drive admissions for long-term care, short-term rehabilitation, and assisted living services.
• Lead community marketing for Brunswick Cove.
• Visit hospitals and other community referral sources to build admission pipelines and relationships.
