Job summary

LCS is seeking a Nursing Home Administrator to help lead the daily operations at Dallas Retirement Village in Dallas, Oregon. This role reports to the executive director and focuses on resident satisfaction, team engagement, regulatory compliance, and financial results.

Active Oregon NHA license and a degree in healthcare administration or related field are required, with 3–5 years of leadership in senior living settings.

Qualifications

• Active Nursing Home Administrator license in Oregon.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of leadership in skilled nursing, long-term care, or senior living.
• Experience managing budgets and analyzing metrics.

Responsibilities
