Job summary

Trails of Orono Senior Living, part of Lifespark, is seeking a Community Life Assistant/Activity Assistant to join our team in Orono, MN. We provide Assisted Living and Memory Care in a serene setting and focus on helping residents age magnificently.

You will develop and run programs, promote wellness, and build positive relationships with residents and families. We offer 0.8 FTE or 0.6 FTE options; hourly pay $17.50–$22.50, plus Lifespark benefits and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience working in Assisted Living and Memory Care preferred.
• Must possess advanced computer skills, including email use.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop, organize, coordinate and implement community life and wellness programs for residents.
• Facilitate group programs (large and small).
• Promote wellness and build positive relations with residents, families, and volunteers.
