Responsibilities include coordinating events, documenting participation, ensuring safety, and collaborating with team to meet residents' needs. High school diploma required; state certification preferred. Full-time benefits provided.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring Safety & Comfort: Assisting residents to and from activities while maintaining a safe and inclusive environment.
• Documenting & Assessing: Tracking activity participation, recording progress, and conducting assessments to meet state and federal guidelines.
• Collaborating with the Team: Supporting residents and teammates by stepping in wherever needed.
