WeCare Centers at Heritage Care Center in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking an Activity Aide to provide residents with engaging, resident-centered recreation programs and support daily activities.

Qualifications
- Minimum of High school diploma or equivalent.
- Creative background.
- Previous long-term care or experience working with the elderly or differently abled is preferred.
- Communicates professionally with all residents, family members, staff, and visitors.
- Ability to follow step by step procedures and programs.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, preparing, and executing of activities
- Participate and lead group activities.
- Participate and lead 1:1 activity.
- Assure a safe and home like environment for our residents.
- Attends and participates in continuing education programs.
- Assist in the set - up and clean-up of activity space.
