Job summary

The Delaney at Georgetown Village in Georgetown, TX is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator to plan, schedule, and coordinate meaningful activities that support residents’ physical, mental, and social well-being.

Shift required is Tuesday–Saturday; responsibilities include leading daily activities, preparing calendars, and promoting a healthy community culture for residents and staff. Salary is $18/hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six (6) months experience working with seniors in activities/life enrichment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate resident activities.
• Lead daily resident activities per community standards.
• Prepare and distribute monthly activity calendars.
• Promote a healthy community culture for residents and staff.
• Coordinate special events and programs in alignment with wellness initiatives.
