Job summary

Cornerstone Management is seeking a creative Activities Coordinator to plan and lead engaging programs that enhance the physical, social, intellectual, and spiritual well-being of residents in our senior living community in Appleton, Wisconsin.

You will collaborate with staff, coordinate events, and drive transportation for outings, while maintaining a welcoming, resident-centered environment and delivering exceptional service every day.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; some college or training preferred.
• Experience planning and running activities in senior living settings is desirable.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and implement resident activities, events, trips, and celebrations.
• Encourage participation and create opportunities for residents to share talents and interests.
• Plan programs around holidays and meaningful occasions.
• Coordinate with staff across departments to run events and newsletters.
• Drive residents to outings and manage transportation needs.
• Maintain a positive, welcoming environment and foster resident relationships.
• Assist with front desk support and administrative duties as needed.
