Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience or training; or equivalent.
• Successful completion of a State approved Nursing Assistant training and competency evaluation program or CNA program approved by the State. This training can be provided by the community.

Responsibilities

• The Activity Assistant plays a vital role in enriching residents' lives with warmth and genuine care.
• Collaborate with the care team to create engaging, age-appropriate activities for residents with varying abilities.
• Balance daily schedules, activity prep, and interactions to support resident wellbeing.
