Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist activities for residents with special needs.
• Coordinate transportation and manage volunteers or staff for activities.
• Observe participants and gather feedback to improve programs.
• Maintain records of activity planning, participation, and incidents.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and activities stay within budget.
