Job summary

Siena Lakes at Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Resident Program Coordinator to enhance resident well-being through a range of activities. You will tailor therapeutic and recreational programs for Continuing Care residents, collaborating with the Programming team to meet individual needs and interests.

Hours vary, including after-school style weekday shifts or weekend coverage. Compensation starts at $17/hour, with a variety of benefits and opportunities for growth within Erickson Senior

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of experience working with the geriatric population or in related fields.
Experience as an Activities Assistant in a licensed health care facility preferred.
Flexibility to work weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

Facilitate structured and impromptu programs for residents in common areas and rooms.
Escort residents on group trips and excursions, ensuring safety.
Collaborate with team members to deliver engaging programs.
Monitor changes in residents’ needs and report to Programming Manager.
Prepare and implement activity programs under guidance.
