Sunrise Senior Living in the United States seeks an Activities Assistant to help lead daily activities and enrichment programs for residents. You will encourage participation, prepare calendars/newsletters, escort residents, and maintain spaces, while coordinating with volunteers and partners. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential; a high school diploma is required. A valid driver’s license may be needed.

• Ability to lead small group activities.
• Valid driver’s license, as applicable.

Responsabilités

• Assist in leading daily activities, events, and enrichment programs.
• Encourage and support resident participation.
• Help prepare activity calendars and newsletters.
• Escort residents to and from programs as needed.
• Maintain organized activity spaces and supplies.
• Support volunteer engagement and community partnerships.
• Document participation per regulatory guidelines.
• Monitor resident engagement and communicate changes appropriately.
