Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead activities by organizing events and entertainment to promote socialization and well-being.
• Promote participation by communicating upcoming activities and events to residents.
• Tailor activities to resident needs by assessing cognitive and physical abilities for inclusivity.
• Prepare for success by setting up activity spaces and ensuring equipment is ready.
• Lead and document activities such as arts and crafts, games, music, exercise, and gatherings, recording participation and outcomes.
