The Arbor Company in Texas is seeking an Activities Assistant to create meaningful, engaging opportunities for residents and to help sustain their health, spirit, and social connection through our six-dimensional engagement program.

This full-time role supports a warm, collaborative team and offers growth opportunities, a structured schedule (Sunday through Thursday, 9am–5pm), and benefits including PTO, insurance options, and tuition or loan repayment assistance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in teaching, event planning, caregiving, nursing, medical technician, or project coordination.
• Preferred, but not required, experience working with seniors.

Responsibilities

• Provide meaningful and engaging opportunities for residents to thrive and improve health and spirit through the six-dimensional engagement program.
• Build deep connections with residents and families to contribute positively to their lives.
• Use creativity and teamwork to create enjoyable activities and events for residents.
