Wesley Homes in Washington State seeks an Activity Assistant to plan and lead engaging activities across independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing settings.

You will build trusted relationships with residents and families, help transport participants in a company vehicle, and organize materials while adhering to policies and safety standards. This role requires a service-oriented mindset and a passion for enriching senior lives.

Qualifications

• Service-oriented approach to work.
• Desire to engage with seniors to help them live their best years.
• Washington State Driver's license or valid driving privileges.
• CPR certification within 30 days of hire.
• First Aid certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate activities that enrich the lives of aging adults.
• Establish meaningful yet professional relationships with patients, residents, and family members.
• Drive company vehicle to transport activities participants as needed.
• Coordinate event set-up and take-down.
• Order, maintain, and organize event materials and equipment.
• Learn and apply Company, Federal, State, and local rules, regulations, and policies.
