Job summary

Seaton Senior Living in the Mid Atlantic is seeking an Activities & Events Coordinator to enhance resident engagement through diverse activities that nurture physical, intellectual, social, emotional, and spiritual well‑being.

You will plan, schedule and oversee programs, attend events, and help build a calendar of activities. Flexible hours including evenings and alternating weekends are required to support planned events.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and coordinating activities for seniors.
• Ability to create engaging, diverse programs for physical, social and cognitive well‑being.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and oversight of resident activities.
• Plan, schedule and conduct programs that provide physical, intellectual, social, emotional and spiritual opportunities for our residents in our community.
• Attend all community planned functions and help coordinate the event from beginning to end including set-up, running, and breaking down for the event.
• Assist in preparing and organizing a calendar of events.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours (evenings and every other weekend) for planned activity events.
