Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to write simple correspondence and present information clearly to individuals or small groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead Engage Life programs to enhance residents' lives.
• Provide diversified recreational activities with supervision.
• Develop programs for residents, including those confined to rooms.
• Engage and motivate residents to participate in activities.
• Inform residents of upcoming activities and maintain a schedule.
• Assist in planning events and decorating the community for seasons/holidays.
• Support census-building initiatives and volunteer coordination.
• Maintain records of activities and participation as required by state law.
