The Pennant Group is seeking an Activities Assistant at our Tucson senior living community to support the Activities Director and engage residents in meaningful events.

You will help plan and execute daily and monthly activity calendars, encourage participation, assist with administrative tasks, and transport residents when needed, contributing to a warm, person-centered environment. This role values energy, empathy, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Participates with the Activities Director in creating a multi-faceted daily/monthly calendar.
• Assists the Activities Director in leading activities.
• Assists with designated administrative tasks such as posting calendars and updating sign-up sheets.
• Transports residents to functions using company vehicles when applicable.
• Promotes resident participation in activities and community events.
