Job summary

GenCare Lifestyle at Ballard Landmark in Seattle is seeking an Activities Assistant / Driver. The role supports senior residents in leading a more purposeful life and requires operating a 12-seat minibus with a wheelchair lift.

The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, with Sundays and Mondays off. Full-time benefits are offered, including a largely employer-paid base medical plan, paid holidays, and a 401K plan after six months with employer matching.

Qualifications

• Must have a kind, patient attitude.
• Experience or willingness to be trained to operate a 12-seat minibus with a wheelchair lift.
• Must have a current WA Driver's License and a clean driving record; background check required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities to promote a purposeful life.
• Provide transportation and operate a 12-seat minibus with wheelchair lift as needed.
