Common Sail Investment Group is seeking a Life Enrichment Director to plan, organize and lead enrichment activities for residents in our senior living community. You will train and supervise the Life Enrichment team, ensuring programs align with our standards and safety guidelines.

The role requires flexible scheduling, a compassionate approach to seniors, and strong administrative abilities to manage budgets and collaborate with other departments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with minimum three years related experience/training.
• Must work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Compassionate towards the senior population.
• Must have prior experience leading a team.
• Organizational and time management skills.

Responsabilités

• Actively support our 1440 culture and pillars.
• Responsible for direction, planning, communication and execution of activities and life skills in Life Enrichment.
• Implement and maintain Life Enrichment Standards for all community services.
• Maintain resident safety while completing tasks and responsibilities.
• Support setup, cleanup and upkeep of activity areas and spaces.
• Uphold standards in the Employee Handbook and collaborate with other departments.
• Lead, train and hold accountable Life Enrichment staff (LEL, LEA, Shuttle Drivers).
• Provide day-to-day direction to Life Enrichment staff and delegate tasks as needed.
• Oversee administrative tasks (e.g., budget management) for Life Enrichment, delegating where appropriate.
• Assist in filling in for Executive Director when needed.
