Job summary

Briarwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center seeks an Activities Coordinator to plan and deliver engaging programs for Assisted Living and Memory Care residents. Full-time opportunities available with daily pay options.

The role supports the Life Enrichment Director, helps recruit volunteers, and maintains a dynamic activity calendar, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations. Evening and weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and special events as needed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and lead activities and enrichment programs for residents.
• Maintain a calendar of activities, events, and resident-centered programs.
• Recruit, coordinate, and support volunteers to enhance resident engagement.
