Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in an Activities Department or similar care setting preferred.
• Experience with seniors is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, engaging environment for residents.
• Document participation and engagement in activities.
• Promote resident well‑being through meaningful programs.
• Plan and implement recreational and community activities.
• Build relationships and encourage participation based on interests.
• Collaborate with care teams to support goals.
• Observe mood and participation changes and report them.
• Assist with events, setup, and transport as needed.
• Complete administrative tasks and records.
