Qualifications

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to plan, organize, and lead group activities.
• Previous experience in activities, recreation, customer service, caregiving, or healthcare preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with daily activity programs, events, and outings
• Encouraging resident participation and engagement
• Building positive relationships with residents and families
• Setting up and cleaning activity areas
• Supporting holiday celebrations, games, crafts, exercise programs, and special events
• Transporting residents to and from activities as needed
• Helping create a fun, welcoming, and inclusive environment
