Grace Management, Inc. is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to support activity programming within our senior living community in Tucson.

You will facilitate a variety of activities in a professional, friendly manner that enhances residents' lifestyles and you may operate the company vehicle for resident excursions. The role requires a high school diploma, the ability to lift up to 40 pounds, and a commitment to safety with a background check and drug screen.

Qualifications

• Understand senior citizen needs and execute programs.
• High school diploma required.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Satisfactory criminal background check and drug screen.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to relate to a variety of people.

Responsibilities

• Administers / Assists in activity programming from inception to execution.
• Follow established standards in duties per state regulations and company policy.
• Document identified resident needs and issues confidentially.
• Communicate resident feedback to Life Enrichment Director.
• Chauffer residents in company vehicle for activities and church runs.
• Attend weekend, evening, and holiday functions as needed.
• Assist in decorating the community for holidays and events.
• Support resident-centered activity and life enrichment programs.
