Green Lea Senior Living in Mabel, MN is seeking an Activities Assistant to lead engaging activities and support residents daily. The role is full-time, with a schedule from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm and occasional evenings and weekends.

No experience is required; paid training will be provided, and you will help create a warm, active community for residents and families. We offer a supportive team environment and comprehensive benefits for full-time staff, including health, dental, vision, and a 401K

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Availability for occasional evenings and weekends.
• No experience required; Paid training provided.
• A positive attitude and a passion for working with seniors.

Responsibilities

• Lead fun activities like games, crafts, music, exercise, and social events.
• Encourage residents to participate and offer one-on-one support when needed.
• Adapt activities to each resident’s interests and abilities.
• Help plan and run holiday celebrations, birthdays, and special events.
• Set up and clean up activity spaces before and after programs.
• Track activity attendance and share resident updates with the Activities Director.
• Help create a warm, positive community for residents, families, and visitors.
