Bethesda Senior Living Communities is seeking an Activities Assistant for part-time afternoons. You will plan and lead activities that support residents’ physical, mental, and emotional well-being, while fostering a caring, compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a care facility desired.
• Certified Activity Director, Recreational Therapist, or Occupational Therapist is desired.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes and participates in daily activities and events.
• Assists in New Resident Orientation.
• Maintains activity supplies and inventory.
• Promotes resident participation and engagement in daily activities.
