Wyndemere Assisted Living - Green Bay, WI is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to support the Life Enrichment Director and Community Relations Director in planning and delivering resident activities. You will help set up events, track attendance, and prepare weekly materials to engage elders in meaningful social and wellness programs.

Ideal candidates bring compassion for seniors, strong English communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a busy team

Responsibilities

• Assist LED in setting up and preparing for activities.
• Take attendance for activities.
• Log resident participation and track activities.
• Distribute weekly bulletin and monthly schedules.
• Maintain activity areas after each shift.
• Support CRD with welcoming new residents.
• Possess a valid driver’s license for occasional transport.
• Assist Marketing with lead-generation events.
• Help select welcome home gifts for new residents.
