Sinceri Senior Living is seeking a dedicated activities coordinator to support residents' social, physical, and mental well-being on-site. You will implement programs from the calendar, welcome new residents, and encourage family participation, while coordinating supplies and logistics for events.

The role emphasizes positive communication, respect, and teamwork with staff and leadership to enhance daily life in the community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience planning and directing activities for seniors in healthcare settings preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and ability to engage residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and providing activities that support residents' quality of life.
• Follow the Event Calendar and adapt programs to resident life profiles.
• Meet new residents and promote participation in activities.
• Manage activity supplies inventory and assist with event setup and teardown.
• Occasionally operate the community bus for outings and programming.
